• For preorder items - it takes estimate 10-30  days to order and some popular items will need reorder and more than need more than 3 weeks. We will send all goods at one time. If you want separate shipment, please email us.

• We do not take rush orders so please order if you can patiently wait.

• ALL PREORDERS ARE NON-EXCHANGABLE AND REFUND.

• If you receive any wrong items, please inform us within 7 days after receive the parcel.

There might be a chance your order item will be discontinued during this pre-order period ( 7-30 days after your purchase) and you will receive our refund notification once we know it's out of stock.
